Tip from the Pro

A tee shot that will leave you with 150 yards in is all you need off the tee. A mid-iron has enough loft to hold the green

r 4 • Straight
Black Tees: 369  Blue Tees: 359
White Tees: 334  Red Tees: 302

Tip from the Pro

An accurate tee shot down the left side is needed to keep the ball in the fairway.
A 200 yard shot will keep you short of the fairway bunker on the right.

Hole Number 3 • Par 3 • Straight
Black Tees: 187    Blue Tees: 169

Downingtown Country Club
Hole Number 5 • Pa
r 4 • Slight left

Black Tees: 361    Blue Tees: 338
White Tees: 307     Red Tees: 286

Tip from the Pro

A long enough shot can carry the bunkers on the left and leave you with a short iron to the green but playing a shorter shot to the right of them will give you a good look at the green also.

Downingtown Country Club
Hole Number 6 • Pa
r 4 • Dogleg left
Black Tees: 403    Blue Tees: 382
White Tees: 328     Red Tees: 302

Tip from the Pro

This #1 handicap hole has out of bounds left and bunkers on the right. A shot down the right side to the 150 pole will give you a nice second shot to the green.

Downingtown Country Club
Hole Number 7 • Pa
r 4 • Dog-leg Right
Black Tees: 398    Blue Tees: 369
White Tees: 350     Red Tees: 320

Tip from the Pro

A drive down the left side away from the high grass on the right is best. The green is one of the most difficult. A good drive is necessary to get close to the pin.

Downingtown Country Club
Hole Number 8 • Pa
r 5 • Dog-leg Right
Black Tees: 498    Blue Tees: 478
White Tees: 456     Red Tees: 412

Tip from the Pro

By avoiding the fairway and greenside bunkers, birdie or eagle is a possibility
on this hole. Longer hitters can take a driver over the bunkers on the right
and have a much shorter shot in.

Downingtown Country Club
Hole Number 9 • Pa
r 4 • Dog-leg Left
Black Tees: 376    Blue Tees: 345
White Tees: 331     Red Tees: 289

Tip from the Pro

Laying up at the top of the hill by the 150 marker will give you a good second shot to the green. A hard draw is necessary to try and cut the corner off the tee.

Hole Number 10 • Pa
r 4 • Straight
Black Tees: 331    Blue Tees: 314

Hole Number 14 • Pa
r 4 • Straight
Black Tees: 393    Blue Tees: 372

short of the bunkers which takes the water out of play.

Downingtown Country Club
Hole Number 15 • Pa
r 3 • Straight
Black Tees: 162    Blue Tees: 131
White Tees: 114     Red Tees: 82

Tip from the Pro

r 5 • Straight
Black Tees: 531    Blue Tees: 507

r 3 • Straight
Black Tees: 208    Blue Tees: 172

r 5 • Straight
Black Tees: 562    Blue Tees: 536
White Tees: 501     Red Tees: 432

Tip from the Pro
